No Hassle Return Policy

MdGraphics66 wants to make sure you are completely happy with your order and we back that up with our no hassle return policy.  If you are not pleased with your purchase from MdGraphics66, just contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to give you a full refund or replacement.  While we hope it doesn't come to that, we want to make the transaction as painless as possible by providing free return shipping.  All you need to do is contact us.

Please provide us with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER and the REASON FOR THE REQUEST.

We will process your request within 3 business days.  

Once approved.  We will mail you a new shipping label to return the item.  Once item is received we will process your refund/exchange.

Please note personalized items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.  If there is a problem with your custom order or personalized item, please email us at mdgraphics66@gmail.com. We understand mistakes can happen and would be willing to work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
